Tight Stomach after Bearing

Pregnancy is something dreamed by every woman. But they complain their body condition after bearing, especially the belly. It used to be tight than be wrinkled.
During the gestation, outside mucles get bigger to give room for the baby. And after bearing the belly comes back to normal size. Many ways to tighten the belly but don`t do wrong exercise.
The exercise in the belly area is not good becouse it will give pressure to the network of outside muscle. The key is stand the belly position. Focused in the inner muscle, and this is the real muscles back up the womb keep it slim.
You can do this by doing other activity while you take a sit. The way? Sit up,the shoulder moves down and keep the belly in tigh position. Believe it or not ! this position will prolong the body stem, and strenghten your belly.
Well, now you can change routinity become an exercise. Example you may cradle your baby just before you with your both hands.
To get maximum, you can add the portion of exercise with the following steps. But don`t do it in a hurry, before you consult to doctor, commonly it is 6 months after bearing or 3 months after caesar operation.
Baby reserve curl
lie up position with baby on your breast
fold the knee, than get nearer to breast
put the baby between your knee and angkle, hold the both hand, than lift the feet till the front feet and baby in line with floor. Your thigh must make 90 corner with the body stem
wrinkle and tigh your belly, than get your baby down till almost on the floor. Keep for a while and do the same thing.
Repeat untill 10-15 times
your baby must like “ flying” in the sky, while you tighten your belly.
Scissor lift
lie down and strecth out your both hand back. Hold the strong table foot
lift two feet stright on the table, till make 90 corner with your body stem
tighen your outside muscle and get down till almost on the floor. Keep for a second, while you keep the waist in a stable position, tigh belly and the straight up back.
Shut your right foot up like scisssor movement, then do to the left foot,do 10 yimes for every foot.
Cardiovascular Activity
This is very important to vanish the fat in belly. But, it doen`t mean to spend hours in a day to exercise. Walking everyday, and like pushing the baby stroller can help too.
If you want to fire the fat and increasing the metabolism, you can put the baby on your back to add the burden, say the fitness expert, Ken Mahadeo from New York. Consider the weight lifting to tigh the muscle and increasing metabolism.
Try to do sport for 1 hour in a day, several week. You must not do all at once, you can devide in 10 to 20 minutes per session.
