4. ORANGE / LEMONADE WATER GOOD FOR LOSING WEIGHT

The principles of diet is on how to decrease the food consumption without disturbing the activity and body metabolism. The way is to decrease the amount of calorie consumption everyday. You must reevaluate what you eat. Example in the morning you just drink milk, noon and night complete menu. Another way , vanishing eating snack after breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you just eating snack and you don`t eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is very hard to do, isn`t it ?
6. THE GREASE OR FAT IS NOT MUSCLE
