13.    At least, I do one of my hobbies, besides doing my job.
14.    I eat healthy food and give stamina.
15.    I have at least 15 minutes in a day for myself
16.    I have a lot of friends and enjoy my togetherness.
17.    I have not any burden or dependency action.
If your score at least 9, you maybe fill the balance life. But if your score 8 or less you need refreshing change. Asking yourself what you hate and what you tolerate, or what make you angry.
After that, make a list and start doing the best. Back to balance will make you a way from depression, anxiety, and over exhausted.
