Kill the Stress in 60 seconds

Just burned by the Boss, the sudden canceled meeting, broken computer, oh what a stress! Unfortunately there is no time to cool down our mind in Yoga class. What we can do only kill the stress directly. Some tips here how to do that.

Listening to the Music
Take the headphone and turn on the music. Choose the soft music from your favorite artist.

Cleaning up the Table
Keep away the useless stuffs from your table. According to Wall Street Journal research, in total amount, workers can spend six weeks in a year to look after documents which are in mess around the table. Then, just fight the stress by cleaning and tidying up the table and the document or even files in your computer. Just keep the rarely used stuff under the desk or any other place.

Shopping Therapy
According to psychologist from Emory University, Shopping can stimulate dopamine hormone that can make someone relax and happy. Just the same way with online shopping, even we do it without leaving the table and get the same leisure.

Think Pink
Let your mind flies and imagine the happy moments in life. Close your eyes and focus on the color of roses or imagine that you are under the roses design blanket. Not really interesting? Just imagine that you are wearing pink dress and having dinner with your boyfriend.
