1. Ideally, weighing once a week

If you have diet for six days in a week, Sunday is your off-day. Then this is the right time to weighing before enjoy your little party in your free day.

2. Do not need every day

It is important to know that body can burn fat about 0.5, up to 1 kg per week. If it divide into seven days, it means your body burn fat about 70-120 mg per day. Because of that, you do not need weighing every day, it can makes you feel disappoint when you see the scale, which is not move to left.

3. Sturdy stand

In order to get correct result, weighing your weight on sturdy position and do not move. Follow the scale direction and do not draft from the determined sign.
