To Make the Client Kneel down
The sailing job is sometimes easy and sometimes difficult. There is to the point and there is much zig zag oh …..difficult !
Not only you who get involved in selling something, but Ana does too. Here are several tricks used to kneel down your client or new boss. There are some obstacles for them to get the client. Here we go…
1. I know you that good
The success of your sales depend on your understanding on client needs. Example they want Soap you give tooth paste. If you want to know what they need search any information, not only internal but external client.
2. Deadline is not an issue
The limited deadline is often made the black sheep in failure to get the client. How can get customer in only two days. “please there is much to do in two days.
3. Escape from the complicated birocrate
Please, don`t be angry at it and want to kill somebody. Search who is having much authority in the company or decision maker. If you can catch the head, the subordinates will be easy to kneel down.
4. Tricky client
It is no secret, the smarty to deal with personal relationship, determine to get the new relation. There are some temper shown by the clients;
* “ Oh, I really want It “
without any reason they will be ok when you give your goods, welcome temper shown by inviting to see or presentation, and have a positive interaction between you.
* “ I think first, ok ? “
they like with your offer, but still doubt. Principally , ensure them that you know their needs, give them some benefit like you treats them like a president, not to sale. Give time to think. Yet , they refuse, someday, you are the first man to seek.
* “I am not interested, ok ? “
It is annoyed, indeed. But search again with the personalier way. Like knowing their hobby or playing in his office. Approach to get the chance, than create the need of your new client to your product.
* It ok… but No…all right “
Their temper is not clear. Find out the friends working with him or external, if after approaching his temper doesn`t change. You had better find other clients.
5. Improve yourself
Beside the ability to sell, there are small things but affect the great in the interaction with client. This deal with your character :
* the perfomance ok ‘
Don`t grumble if you don`t have face like Tamara Blezensky. Ok perfomance can be shown by suited costume. And look up. The people like to interact with sucessful man than not.
* in the mood
Keep your broken heart problem and smile to the client. With this you will have stable emotion.
* Say cheese
smile is cheap but has great impact. It can contagious to other people. Show your best smile?!
* call the name
they prefer calling their name to only sir or madam.
* The melody and stressing the voice
in order to not monoton, there must be a melody and stressing the voice to differ which is common and which is important.
* ha..ha…ha….â€
in the middle of conversation you may interupt a joke and laughter but be careful don`t ever touch the client. They will run a way.
