If you tend to overcome stress with unhealthy way, means you double negative effect to stress and health. Here they are five bad habit unrealized to do.
1.Too much caffeine consumption
Although drinking coffee once is ok, but it is important to note that it contains addictive substance. On the other hand, it destroys your stress deeper.
2.Smoking
For smoker, at the beginning a cigarettes is stress eliminator. But during the stress, it can be left. Unfortunately, in financial side, cigarettes are not cheap thing. Since it causes more stress, it is essential to avoid it.
3. Too much drinking alcohol
Many people think that drinking a glass of wine is good for reducing stress before sleeping. Anyway it causes stress more than you don’t drink it.
4. Over shopping
Each people have their own way to relieve stress. Attach oneself by buying something good and expensive, according to you is an effective way. But in fact, spending much money can cause stress in the future.
5. Eat over portion
Many people overcome stress by eating snack or eating bad food over portion. Unhealthy food on the other hand can cause stress, since it can make your body fatter than before.
