Beauty magazines, over time, can get fairly costly; therefore, you will want to make sure that you examine each magazine that you want to buy before actually doing so. There are five types of human skin face. They are normal, oiled, dry, combination and sensitive skin face. Here are some tips you can use to understand the type of your skin face.

Take a tissue or special make up paper to remove oil, then pay attention to the oil spots on your face. You can do this few hours after you clean your face in the normal room temperature (not too cold, or not too hot).

Press tissue paper around the T zone (nose and above the eyebrow area), then look at it carefully. Do it again on the other part of your face, and look the result of it. 1. Ideally, weighing once a week

It is important to know that body can burn fat about 0.5, up to 1 kg per week. If it divide into seven days, it means your body burn fat about 70-120 mg per day. Because of that, you do not need weighing every day, it can makes you feel disappoint when you see the scale, which is not move to left.

3. Sturdy stand

In order to get correct result, weighing your weight on sturdy position and do not move. Follow the scale direction and do not draft from the determined sign.
