The advantages of falling in love – The study from Pittsburgh University found that women that live in happy marriage has lower risk against the cardiovascular ill than women who live in under pressure condition.

The other study mentioned that since 1979 when the study held, shows that married couple have longer life, has lower risk level against heart attack, and even have lower risk against pneumonia.

Meanwhile, the study from Iowa University found the patient of ovary cancer who has strong relation with other people and live with happy relationship has the cell activity of natural killer in her body that can kill much the amount of bad cell of cancer. It concluded that the people who live with good relation with their spouse show that their leukocyte activity is better.

When you are in love, you will live in romance. You and your spouse will be the fun people, try to make happy to each other. Everything is all about him. You always want to stay close with him and you always waiting for a special moment with him. You will always see him as the sexiest man in the world even when he only wears his pajamas.  

Some research is proving that falling in love make the good effect for health, more than the happiness of having a valentine date. The research also showed that having a sex, feeling happy because you have someone you love, will make people stronger and it will present in various healthy effect such as the quickly the recovery process, better control against the chronics and life longer.

Face all of problem together with him. However, you have to remember that it is not possible ask another people to change his character. Think about it. Are you too passive, too possessive, nor sensitive, does not want to listen, not capable to empathy with your ex? Discuss with your ex, and think about what you should do to fix this thing.

Both of you need the commitment. Admitted that you have important role in a problem is the part of self-recovery. Reestablish your love foundation by starting to make a commitment to handle problems that both of you will face. This thing needs some times, so you should learn about patience but keep consistent.

When both of you talk about what should be change in a new relation, try to not critics or blame each other. Be focus with what thing that will be your responsibility and ensure that your ex will do so or suchlike.
